Seamless project

We wanted to leave some positive feedback to say how well the installation of our new sewage treatment system has gone. Specifically Robert and Alex did an excellent job keeping us informed of progress on site, site safety, organisation and tidiness. They worked conscientiously every day and worked hard to provide a high quality installation. Toby Sorrell managed a seamless project. Many thanks to all.

Impressed with the service provided

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with Lanes Group, and the service they provide. Firstly the telephone operator, who could obviously sense my distress on the phone and reassured me that despite requiring an email request for the work, she would be able to get someone to attend the job within the next hour or so. And then the kind, reassuring man who arrived at the house well within the hour, calmed me down despite my tears of panic, and quickly sorted what I had dreaded would be irreparable damage to my sink, pipes and waste disposal. All the time chatting cheerfully and reassuring me that he would sort it.

I am honestly truly grateful, and will definitely be recommending Lanes Group to anyone in a similar situation. I think he said his name was Keith. I am not sure if all your operators are so polite, professional and kind – but I just wanted you to know that he’s saved me from a considerable amount of further stress and tension, so please pass on my thanks and appreciation.
